To avoid damage, we take great care when packing, moving, loading, unloading, transporting, and unpacking your belongings. Customers may, however, be subject to damage to their goods in the event of a natural disaster or an unfortunate incidence. To minimise such problems, we offer moving insurance services to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied. When moving goods by road, air, or sea, there are two sorts of risks: trans risk and comprehensive risk door to door.

In the event of a claim, the client must present the following documents:

1. BOL  Copies
2. Packing list.
3. Receipt of delivery with a note of damage.
4. Form for filing an insurance claim.
5. Form for filing an insurance claim.
6. Images of the devastation.

While DLR promises to provide the highest quality service to watch after all of your belongings, they may be exposed to threats beyond our control. As a result, it's always a good idea to insurance your collection while it's being moved or stored.
